Fourways branch of 8ta needs management attention

I attempted to open a business account with the 5G PROMO attached 2 weeks ago and have not recieved the service.
* Feedback from the representative of the branch a week after opening was that "credit vetting" is still in progress. After this no communication was responded to.
* A call to the customer care informed that there was no such open contracts / checks on their system
* No further feedback on requests to customer sales representative was recieved via email or calls:
Calling the Branch on the first week resulted in going to voicemail
After leaving a message with no feedback for a number of days, the voicemail box of the store number reported as "full" with no option or alternative contact
* The next week the store phone number responded with "no one is answering your call" without the option of leaving a voice message for follow-up

After opening a personal account with 5G PROMO a year ago at Rosebank branch, I had high hopes that this process would be smooth, this store / 8ta has disappointed me in this instance very much.
