I HAVE A BLACKBERRY 8520 FROM LAST YEAR FEBRUARY, IT WAS IN FOR REPAIRS ALMOST 5 TIMES SINCE I GOT IT. EVERY TIME YOU PUT THE BLAME ON BLACKBERRY FOR THE PRODUCT BUT WHY DO YOU SELL THIS PRODUCT TO CLIENTS KNOWING THAT BLACKBERRY HAS PROBLEMS WITH THE PHONE? I AM PAYING FOR N PHONE EVERY MONTH BUT IT WORKS AND THE WEEK AFTER ITS IN FOR REPAIRS FOR THE REST OF THE MONTH! I A SICK OF BAD SERVICE, NOW THE PHONE IS DISCONTINUED AND I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL 2015 TO GET A NEW PHONE MEANWHILE I HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THIS BAD PHONE! I WANT A SOLUTION FROM YOU AND HOW YOU ARE GOING TO FIXS THIS PROBLEM.
