It has been just over a week and my number has not been ported yet! Why is it so difficult to get good customer service??? I have been asked to provide a porting code every time i complain. And it is STILL not done. This is just getting ridiculous now. And i have not gotten ANY feedback! I cannot complain enough and express my frustration enough. They have been quick to send me the bill but not quick enough to give good service! I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR THE TIME I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE MY PHONE.
