My debit order did not go off at Absa bank. I was informed of this by Virgin Mobile. I made a cash payment the next day. I was informed the turn around time to reconnect my phone was 48 hours. That was ten days ago! trying to reach them is almost impossible because you are send from one person to another and then you hold and hold and hold and hold!
