I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A REPLACEMENT PHONE FROM MTN FOR 7 WEEKS!!! I WAS TOLD TODAY THAT I MUST JUST WAIT. HOW MUCH LONGER MUST I "WAIT" FOR? I AM PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT I DON'T EVEN HAVE. YES, MTN DOES NOT HAVE A PROBLEM TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH!! THE SERVICE THAT I AM GETTING FROM MTN IS APPALLING AND I PRETTY SURE I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE. IS THERE ANYONE WHO ACTUALLY WORKS AT MTN HEAD OFFICE THAT YOU CAN SPEAK TO? NOPE, I DON'T THINK SO!
