ON 09/09/2011 PAID R1499 FOR MODEM 1GB OF DATA FOR 12 MONTHS. THIS WAS RENEWED ON 28/07/2012 FOR 12 MONTHS, EFFECTIVE 01/10/2012 TO 30/09/2013. MODEM STARTED MALFUNCTIONING SINCE FEBRUARY 2013. UNABLE TO CONNECT TO INTERNET ETC FROM MY CONSULTING ROOMS AT MILPARK HOSPITAL IN PARKTOWN TOWN, JHB. PREVIOUSLY ALL WAS WELL. BEEN TO BRANCHES IN EASTGATE AND ROSEBANK ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. SOFTWARE UNINSTALLED AND RE-INSTALLED MANY TIMES. FAULT REMAIMED THE SAME. NUMEROUS TIMES PROMISED THAT THE PROBLEM IS BEING ESCALATED AND TECHNICIAN WOULD COME OUT TO MY OFFICES TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM. THIS NEVER HAPPENED FOR ALL THE MONTHS FROM FEBRUARY TO SEPTEMNBER. EVENTAUALLY ON 18/09/2013 MR MD NTLHNE CAME TO MY ROOMS AND SORTED OUT THE PROBLEM. BUT I STILL WAS NOT ABLE TO SEND OUTGOING MAIL MESSGAES. HE PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK ABOUT THAT AND SAID WILL ASK CELL-C TO COMPENSATE ME FOR THE EIGHT (8) MONTHS OF DATA THAT I WAS UNABLE TO USE. HOWEVER WITHIN A FEW DAYS THE CONTRACT EXPIRED AND I WAS NOTIFIED THAT I HAVE TO RECHARGE AND PAY. NO COMPENSATION FOR UNUSED DATA OF 8 MOMTHS. DISGUSTED, FRUSTRATED. WHAT ABOUT ALL THE VALUABLE TIME WASTED? FAULT REF-3053000808.
