I upgraded my cellphone contract on 05 Oct 2013 and vodacom shop in Centurion mall. I was assisted and received good service, they upgraded me and I was a happy customer with my new phone. I have only been pleased with my phone until today I heard the the Samsung Note 3 phone that I have taken ownership of comes with a watch which I never received. I was never told about such a watch, offered the option of taking the watch or given this watch as part of my package. In my mind this is not the service that I have come to enjoy from Vodacom and currently have 3 contacts with them. Should this not be resolved I might have to consider taking my business elsewhere. Could someone from Vodacom please contact me to have this resolved. Thanks.
