Computer Generated Final Demand Received by Mail

I had a Contract-Week-ender-with them Supposed to get 120mins pmonth Some months only received 40 or 60min The price was R38.50pm Suddenly towards end of contract (last 6mnths) started receiving bills for R150 R200 When I queried this, I was told I subscribed to some strange thing called Waspa Never heard of it in my life Don't subscribe to ANYTHING EVER! The charges for my R38.50 was deducted from my bank account every month Upon querying these charges received a bill of [-R50] one month which was never put into my bank account. The last month I received a bill 4 R198 which was incorrect as there was a query logged and they had to reverse this Waspa and should have sent me an account, which was according to my reckoning for a Credit of over R200 Now if I phone them, their systems are either down or I get cut off but they have the cheek to phone me with marketing calls I have asked and complained to anyone that phones me from there, but with no results Now I receive computer generated emails and Final demands, but why don't they just debit my bank account NO not that! Why don't they sort out the problem and let somebody in charge at least take the trouble to contact me in person?
