Hey good day, I've been struggling to get my wife's cellphone fixed at somerset west repair shop at somerset mall. I want to start of with the service we got when we entered the place. We are utterly disgusted with the type of service we received from the lady working at the counter right through to the manager. It seems the higher we went up the worst the service got. I can't express how we feel in this email. That shop stripped me & my wife from our dignity. We feel as south african citizens that all of us should be treated equally. We don't want to bring in race in this day of age, but it surely got us thinking is this the treatment we getting because the colour of our skin? Maybe if we were white they would have treated us beter.. Every month you deduct money out of my wife's bank account no questions asked. Now that we have a query its taking forever to be resolved. My wife's cellphone has more problems now then it was before we took it in. They gave the cellphone back without fixing anything. I'm working night shifts & in this day of age in south africa you can't afford to leave your loved ones at home without any form of communication to contact emergency services.
