How I just lost R9600... 2Years * R400.00

Currently I am in a position that I never would have thought to be 2 weeks ago. Going through life, adapting to the newest technology, and thus getting my first Cell Phone Contract was a big step that I had to make.
The sales person at Game Store west-gate was helping me to his best and assured me that this is the best way to go! I also Told him that I am from Heidelberg in Gauteng so I need to get the contract the same weekend. He helped and so I got the contract feeling assured that Cell C is my new partner for the next 2 years. Just to find out I have no signal in Heidelberg when returning.
I tried to use the phone for the week. NO LUCK, I phoned Cell C and the lady said it is fine I can return the phone and cancel the Contract. She gave me reference number - 13070100000265341.
This I did do, and to get the same answer, WE WONT HELP YOU! I truly believe as a customer deserve Fair treatment and FAIR and Correct information to be shared to me.
They also supplied me with a Network feedback document to fill in and email to them but the customer service told me THEY DO NOT READ EMAILS FROM ANY ADDRESS IF ITS NOT A CELL C EMAIL ADDRESS!!
NOW, I'm BONDED for 2 YEARS!
