Paying for nothing

To Whom it may concern
I have been calling MTN Half the day now and no one can assist me. I used to have a contract with MTN, they billed me for not cancelling my contract when it ended in July. I cancelled it officially in August, seems like it was just a waste of my time because I'm still been billed up till today. Could someone please help me get my money back and cancel endless contract.
