Incompetent / unfriendly company processes

I' m totally fed up with 8Ta. My change of bank details was not handled correctly and as a result money was not deducted from my account. Instead of 8ta trying to contact me, they allowed my account to go 2 momnths in arrears and then simply suspended my account. Once this happened I went immidiately to the nearest 8TA branch in Rosebank only to be told they cannot help me. I need to transfer the money and then send the proof of payment to a fax number they provided.

I did as told only to find out later that it could still take a day or 2 b4 my a/c was re-instated. Eventually my line was reconnected. I also made arrangements to make sure that the bank details were updated and that dr order would resume.

This month I then checked my bank ac to find that no money was deducted. Contacting 8ta they now tell me that the account still shows in arrears and the new month's charge is now also in arrears. I duly went thru the whole process again and faxed both proof of payments to get my account to zero. Calling back after 2 days I did a follow up check only to be told that the fax number that I was given is no longer being used.

I simply give up. This co is painful to deal with
