Suspended line not reconnected

To whom it may concern

I have spoken to various people about my account being suspended due to Telkom mobile not deducting he money from my account and keeps me liable to make sure that it gets paid. I made arrangements to have the money debited but the consultant Amanda Tshabalala made as if I was the one in the wrong the day I called into find out why my account was suspended. she muted me a few times when I was stressing my point to her. VERY BAD.

I sent Joseph Ntai and Felicia Mukeri about the problem and only got hold of Joseph when I made effort to contact him. He has so far been the only one doing something about my account and gave feedback. somehow the feedback line just ended and nobody contacted me ever since. Felicia Mukeri is still phoning me. sent numerous emails asking for her to call me but no call.

I paid in the amount that was in arrears so now I want my line put on as fast as it was cut seeing that it wasn't my fault.

another point. MAKE SURE THAT MY NAME IS NOT ON THAT NUDEBT LIST!!! if money is deducted from them then I am going to be here again. don't give me a bad name when its your fault. don't even say I UNDERSTAND.
