DEBIT ORDER NOT BEING DEDUCTED MONTHLY

I have had lots of problems since taking out the contract first i had to phone to request a bill then i was told that my number belongs to someone else then 2mths later i get a bill stating i'm in arrears and my account was suspended. i paid in the 360r arrears @ absa which left me with the inst. of r180 to be deducted on 1.09.13 then for end Oct i was due 2 payments i received a bill for 612 and only 484 was deducted end Oct and again my account is suspended. i contacted the call centre today and now im told that i am up to date and it will take 72 hours for my account to activate. WOW!!! after almost a whole month of not querying activation does not happen automatically the client must phone in and still wait 72hours. this is so wrong on many levels as i checked my bank statements and deductions are not made monthly. they suspend automatically keep your money but dont reinstate automatically... regret regretting taking this contract so bad!!! wonder if they will update my payment profile on itc but i am in a mood for a war!!! will tackle this next
