I have recently visited one of your branches for the offer they had on the galaxy tab 10.1.
While trying to decide which network to i asked the shop assistant what she would recommend, To which she answered that CellC was the best network coverage and Internet wise however i have had the tablet almost a month now and it doesn't want to connect to the Internet with the CellC card but does however connect with a vodacom card. So at present i don't want to pay for something i can not use and the first instalment with the activation fee has not yet been deducted from my account.
How can this issue be solved i have been in store and i even had them do a Sim swap thinking that the card might be faulty but still the problem is not fixed.??
