On 3 November 2012 Jason charged me R 100 for resetting email service on my blackberry which normally is a free service. He told me the service was giving problems because the software was due for upgrade. He said the Technician charged R150 to upgrade. When I pointed out that Brooklyn branch was charging R 100 he said he did not think the technician would mind R100. After collecting the phone I came back three times in the same afternoon to complain about the emails which were not sending. Each time I returned he would leave customers and run to the back to the technician. On the third return I demanded to see the technician and followed Jason to the back but there was no technician. I asked him if the software was upgraded, he said no. I asked what he charged me for, he said for resetting emails.
