To whom it may concern,
I have received two separate statements from cell c for June 2013 (owing the amount of R1, 110.42) and July 2013 (owing the amount of R1, 565.09)
The problem I have relating to this, is that ever since I entered into this specific contract in 2010 I have never made use of the number (084 473 2931)
As I have my own existing number and only took out this contract as it offered me a gift voucher.
I also never ended the contract as I wasn't aware that it had already expired.
Now all of the sudden I have received these statements with all these calls listed, but I have personally phoned each number and none of the persons Numbers listed is people that I know. I even supplied Cell C with an Affidavit confirming I didn't make that calls.
I spoke to 3 different persons at Cell C, and all I getting is Bad attitude.
