My phone was opened in 2010 which I never used the simcard of, it was a 084 number which was opened. In November 2012 I renewed the contract, you dont get a new sim when renewing your contract so since then still now use of the simcard, then as from Januarie nearly the end on my statements there were someone using the number, only 5 numbers were phoned the whole month, none of them which I know, the first month R700 were taken from me and now this month there are R1300 waiting again. Cell C dont want to take it any further after I have make a case at the police station and given everything though to them as requested from them. Cell C branch Tygervalley, they confirmed that i dont have a case and I should have looked after my sim, but I have destroyd it in 2010 already, and only one months phone calls were make after 3 years. No sim swop was done that is what is so strange, I think this is a inside job but nobody at Cell C want to asist or help me any further. Cell C Tygervalley also dont want to except my instalments for the 2 phones, i need to go though customer service or pay the full amount which I dont have. The service are pathetic. Not a happy client of Cell C.
