It has been over a year Iyet not even one person can give me a definite answer. After several calls and 2 facebook posts. Just this morning I spoke to a lady from recoveries and asked her for a full detailed email explaining and transactions history. Not to my surprise I have treceived nothing at the end of June a lady called from the office of one of the managers and promised that your legal department would contact me and still I did not receive such a call. I wish to establis a few things, I accepted the contract over the phone, used the sim card for a few months, never used it again, the payment was via a debit order and I never once received a statement. I received a call in 2011 asking if I wish to renew ythe contract and I advise no I was not interested. So I am trying to figure out at which stage did you you stop the debit order and how do I owe if I asked not to continue with the contract and did not use the sim card. Can someone be brave and respond, . Because if you are not promising to get back to me, you are not answering the phone. Please also send details for relevant ombudsman
