Gym keep billing me after I cancelled my contract

30th of Aug 2013, I received a debit order for R301.24.GYM fee, I was surprised, I cancelled my membership months ago. I knew it was Planet Fitness. I went to FNB to personally stop the debit order and reverse it. I called P. Ftnss. Fourways Branch to find the reason why I was being debited. I phone several times and the receptionist said there was no manager available. I kept calling throughout the day and the answer was still, "there is no manager available". I left my contact number, ID number, email, so they can contact me to resolve this. Nobody bother to return my calls, .
On the 1st of Oct 2013 I received anotherGYM fee Debit order for R310, 21. again I stopped the debit order, called the gym, no answer. I sent email to [Email Removed] on the 3rd and 7th october, and still no answer. At this stage I remembered the agents name, Melvin, so called again, spoke to him asked for help, he said he will tell his manager, never called me back. On the 1st of Nov another Debit order for R282.01. SNEAKY, 3 different amount the only way my "stop" option wd not stop the next debit order the bank told me. this cannot be a mistake, they knw wht they are doing.
