After falling into debt with Planet Fitness due to unemployment, I was handed over to Saya Recoveries.
After many harassing phone calls from Saya Recoveries, I eventually received the statement from them of my debt of which I had pleaded for them to send me for months and months.
I eventually dealt with a very rude Sandra Odendaal, and made the necessary Payments to clear my account of debt.
I have to date never received a letter of confirmation stating that I have paid in full, and in the interim Planet fitness was still deducting money from my account after a year of cancelling my contract, and three months of paying up my account.
The bank will not put a block on my account to stop these debits without confirmation that this account is paid in full and that the contract is cancelled.
I now cannot get hold of anyone at Saya Recoveries and all my emails are being avoided. As for their contact numbers, well, their phones are just ringing. NO ANSWER for two weeks.
I am now receiving emails and sms's from Saya saying that I owe them double the amount that I've already paid.
I cannot even begin to divulge how this company has mistreated and misled me.
WHO IS IN CHARGE???
