In May I took a Vodacom contract phone which was a I-phone 5, the agreement was to pay R469 per month for 24 months as per advertisement on the pamphlet. The Sale person (Patrick) that was assisting me took all my details and told me the debit order will run after 48 hours of receipts of the new phone since they didn't have it @ the shop on that day. I received the phone and June came still debit order did go through, I went to the nearest Vodacom shop to query why hasn't the debit order gone through and they advise that the branch code was incorrect and they advised me that I'm in errors with the bill of R1300 for May and total is R2700 for both May and June . to my surprise I asked why the bill was so much and they advised that I was on an open contract and I need to go back to where I opened up the contract. I went back to Southgate mall I spoke to a lady by the name of Hilda and she told me that Patrick was on leave and I need to wait for him .
