Waiting for VERY urgent parcel in SA for 20 days!

This is my second complaint, seeing that the complaint I lodged 6/3 has been ignored!
My very urgent parcel was posted from the USA last month (14/2 USPS priority) it shows it entered SA (20/2 and was sent to customs 2013/02/20 11:57:32). The package was then returned from customs 2013/02/25 06:21:54 and has been "in transit" since 2013/02/25 10:30, location; JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB)!!! So my parcel has been stuck at the JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (hub) ever since, today is already 11March and tracking shows its still there.

It has already been 17working days (25in total) where delivery should have been between 6 and 9 working days! It's more than double now! I have called numerous times and every time I get the run around without an answer and then I get cut off! I have sent enquiries and emails, all ignored! I am really fed up with this situation and poor service quality and this is having a profound impact on my wedding planning! How can I speed things up? Who is going to take responsibility for what your incompetence is costing me!?!? The strike is not an excuse!!!

Can I collet my package myself from the Jhb Int Mail Centre?
