MWEB decided that they would write off an amount of R560 against me, for a debit order that got declined last year in January.
I phoned MWEB today...
They said their system sends out a SMS reminder and Emailed me about payment. (witch I didn't get) Then they proceeded to Blacklist me, giving me a ITC record. For the past month I've been trying to get a letting contract and Car finance... all being declined - until a very friendly person from a letting agency actually got back to me and told me about this.
