Dear Sir /Madam,
I have a contract with cell c which was expiring on the 13th October 2013. The sim card for that contract for was lost in 2011 in my house but ddnt go n block it because I dnt use it ofen. I was paying R145 per month. I was suprised wen cell c debited R350 end of August and september. When i called them they said i hv been making calls sind I upgraded on the 27/07/2013 and I ddnt knw about the upgrade..nw its been three days they said they r still looking for the original document wen they dd upgrade and at the end of the month they gona debit again plus the amount for Upgrade of Iphone. Am just worried because my information with Cellc is nt safe. And my banking details with them are nt safe.
