Did a upgrade @ makro (crown mines) on Thursday on the 5 of December which I'm trying to do a upgrade reversal which cell c says its impossible, crown mines did send the letter on the same day which i called cell c to check if they got it which they said they have & its gone be done on friday the 6th (next day) been calling them the hole day (monday 9 which im not having any joy... last month ive change banking details around the 5th november 2013 having funds in that account now they telling me my cell c account is in arrears i dont understand & no 1 can explian @ cell c
