S3-T1N2D-DETMU raised 19 September and another follow up from me got this response: Master (reference number A1-O3GJ-J243WM). They will then revert to you within 48hours
Your Mr Allan Harck phoned me on Tuesday and the call was dropped by your network - exactly part of my issue
