I was due for an upgrade on my cell phone contract in August 2013 and upgrade at Alisom Communications T/A Vodashop Menlyn on 10 August 2013. On my way back home to Vryheid KZN I notice that the scroller did not work correctly, and hand my handset in at Chatz Connect/ Xquisite Stationary, Dealer ID 20293, the Vodacom Service Provider in Vryheid on OBF 053306 on the 13 August 2013. I did file a written complain at. Vodacom about the problem because I upgrade at Vodashop Menlyn and had to hand the BB in at Vryheid. I wait until 6 September 2013 for the new cell phone. I visit that weekend my daughter in Delmas and she took me to Vodashop Menlyn so that they could help me to transfer my information to the new cell, on my way back home to Vryheid I notice that the new cell's scroller also did not work correctly and I did immediately hand the new cell in on Monday 9 September 2013 OBF 053307, the lady Thea woking in Chatz did test the cell and confirm the fault, after I call the lady in Durban, Tatum, who contact me with the first replacement cell phone. She implying that I did damage the new cell. Today the 2 October 2013 I am still wait for my cell nobody contact me. Can you help me?
