Don't care attitude

I switched form MTN to cell c in December 2012. I have had endless connectivity problems which I have lodged with Shaun the store manager at Clearwater Mall repeatedly. Of the numerous times that he has promised to call me back he has only come back to me twice. Last Friday I reported my problem to the complaints centre. They promised to give me feedback. It is now a week later and no feedback. I also lodged a complaint with Shaun Van Der Westhuizen's pa, Elanka who promised to give me feedback. NO FEEDBACK.
I phoned her yesterday and again she promised to come back to me in a few minutes. AGAIN NO FEEDBACK.
So much for their tv adds.
