Three weeks ago I received a call from MobiMoola and they offered me to register with them so I can get instant loans. I received confirmation and was given aclient code and pin number I need to ask for a loan. I have been sending a message to 37781 with the client code provided as well as the pin but I keep getting an sms back stating that I have entered an invalid pin number, I also made a request online. The response online was that money had been credited to my account and I should wait for an sms. Tried this several times and I still have not received anything. I called the call centre line last week and was advised by a consultant that their sms line has an problem therefore he will submit the request for me online and I will receive an sms within 24 hrs confirming payment, I have yet to receive. I tried calling the call centre again as of Monday and I get a response that I am number 9, 5, 4 and the the call ends. Today I managed to get through and I asked for a cancellation, I was advised to send a cancellation request via fax. I sent the fax and called the call to check if it was received but they stated that it goes to CPT. I need confirmation of this cancellation.
