In April 2013 I applied for a blackberry Z10 contract. I stated that I wanted a closed contact and the consultant registered it as a open contract. I only realised this when the first debit order went off and the amount was not what it was supposed to be. I then contacted the call centre on numerous time to get this fixed and the person I spoke to assured me that it is done. This month the contact went off again with a different amount. I phoned the call centre again and they said a consultant will get back to me. This is unacceptable as the issue should have been resolved the first time I call. I would like someone to get in contact with me as soon as possible.
