First National Bank
Little to no assistance for 30 year client

For the last three months I have had my account incorrectly debit ordered! I brought this to the attention of FNB premier banking and was advised that the only thing I could do was stop the debit orders after the fact. Or I could change accounts (inconvenient to say thee least).
I informed them that I cant get hold of this company as they are an agency working for another company and they never return my calls or emails. this is after three months!!! Eventually yesterday I managed to reach someone and they informed me that they had a "system crash" and that many people's accounts have been debited for something that occurred 8 years ago!!!
Now I had to threaten my my bank with dropping all my accounts with them and I have been a loyal customer for 30 years. I find it a difficult pill to swallow that my bank would rather protect the third party than assist a customer in good standing.
To date I do not have my money back and more went off yesterday!
I am now in the market for another bank.
