Phone was bought over seas and configured in SA (iphone 5) by MTN. now the phone is lost and i cant block the phone cause MTN says they cant pick up the the Imei number and i cant block and claim for the phone. what amazes me is the fact that when i went to Vodacom to configure another iphone 5 also bought over seas they had taken the IMEI number. i have gone through facebook MTN website and Michele had promised to get back to me up until now i have had no reponse as she said she had forwarded to the Supervisor and that was beginning of July and until now nothing
