Got a call that I could get my upgrade, My dad went to go and organise it because I'm not allowed to as he pays for the phone, but on other providers my friends can all go and because I'm in Cape Town studying I couldn't go with him. He was sent back and told to come in 4 days because it wasn't ready. The person who helped him out couldn't describe the phone properly. Told my dad it has 8GB internal memory, even though i checked it and saw it was 4, he insisted it was 8. Then after asking how much ram, he insisted it had 1gb, which he said as gigahertz, even though it has 768mb. Now i have a phone worse than the one i wanted because he had no clue about the phone he was selling. My friend got her phone from a cape town branch even though it was done i joburg. but no, cell c wont allow you to collect the phone from another branch? WHY? In short, incompetent staff and an all round horrible experience trying to get my upgrade.
