I would just like to thank Nonz at the MTN social media team for resolving and escalating an incident we had which the MTN customer call center (Edwin, Zanele, etc.) could not resolve after numerous calls logged etc.
We have posted messages on MTN's official Facebook page and Nonz offerred to assist us with the incident. Within about 2 working days, Nonz made sure that the issue was escalated and resolved within a reasonable time period. We were constantly kept up to date with the progress and issue at hand.
Thank you for all the people involved at MTN that made sure this problem was resolved, especially Nonz for her outstanding customer support!
I would recommend MTN's social media team to resolve any issues as they provide better support than the traditional customer call centers.
