I placed an Order with Rampage-Gaming and paid via Payfast
Payfast transferred the money within 5 minutes, and received a confirmation
from Rampage-gaming a couple of minutes later.
Before I made the purchase confirmed stock and delivery (2 days maximum)
I have not received delivery and have tried to contact them numerous times

I contacted Payfast re the transaction and asked if they could assist me in getting a refund
- Was contacted by Payfast within 10 minutes of logging a support call
- Jessica Contacted Rampage-Gaming a number of times and copied me on all correspondence
- When Rampage-Gaming did not refund me as requested - Payfast reversed the transaction and
money was back in my account with 2 days
I would just like to thank Jessica and Payfast for all the effort and assistance in getting
my money refunded - Jessica really went the extra Mile and awesome Customer support
In future I will ensure that any on-line transaction is done via Payfast
