Device not working properly

The Motorola Xoom purchased never worked as it should. It freezes most of the time if it does ultimately go on. Most of the time it just doesn't come on. The device has been send back to the supplier for repairs several times already and it is a replacement of the one before with similar problems. The device is not serving the purpose I bought it for because it spents more time in repairs than with me. The package was offering me 1GB of data every month and that is forfeited whilst its in repairs. I have to also redeeem my lost bundle because I am paying for them in vain. All my downloads and documents are lost every time it crashes and send back for repairs. I tried to backup my files but the device fails to download software to my PC. This has been a nightmare and costing me money everyday. I would love to have a better device comparable to this one with less problems or have my contract terminated and my money back since its almost two years and I never used the equipment for the intended purpose. I feel cheated of my hard earned money and just need my monies worth. Thank you.
