I sent my phone into Nashua Mobile on the 16th of January for water damage as i have insurance with them.
They took the phone and kept it in the insurance box for a few weeks, leaving me with the knowledge that it was being fixed. I called to find out what was happening with the repair but they then went on to tell me that we needed to fill in forms for it to be sent for repairs. Nashua Mobile proceeds to tell me that they will not proceed with the claim due to the phone being damaged with another sim card in it at the time. It has now been over 2 months and they are still stuffing me around. No-one at clearwater Nashua has a solid answer as to what is going on with my phone. I demand to be responded to aswell as have this entire situation sorted out. I am at the end of the road now where i feel like canceling the entire contract, that holds three different numbers and packages.
Can someone please get back to me ASAP regarding this matter.
