Transfer prepaid line

I had a prepaid line transferred, paid what was required and got cut off a week later. Turns out that the money didn't include rent. Nobody told me! No communication, nothing.3 days and 6 calls and 12 persons later., 3 promises of feedback. 3 days later still nothing
