My cellphone was earlier this year I immediately blocked the sim card only to unblock it in June, The phone was so the sim is not & has not been in any device. Only to get a bill for just under R3000 in July I immediately went to Vodacom here in Rustenburg & was told that I should just pay it & then lodge a complaint & they will pay back the paid amount if there had been a miafter phoning stake, I was not happy with this response so I went to another vodacom branch blocked the sim card & refused to pay only to find the took it off my account anyway I phoned the customer care number numerous times where not only you have to wait 20 minutes or more on the line to resolve the matter to finally speak to someone & it sounds like they are operating out of a brothel & still no joy. now I have been sent a bill for over R8000 I have now stopped the debit order on my account & refuse to pay. no one seems to be able or want to help me. I am now so fed up with trying to talk to them I think its time to charge them with if that's even possible & lodge a complaint with the ICASA if that would even help? I just don't know which way to turn? Please if you have any advice?
