My MTN cellphone contract was supposed to come to an end/expire in July 2013 however I noticed that my bank account continues to be billed and debited, in addition the bill charged is now R208 and not even the R149 which i innitially contracted to for the two years. I tried to contact MTNSP customer call center number (808) for answers however none of the consultants picks up, their phones just keep playing music continously and no one is there to assist.
I'm very frustrated now because I need to resolve this and ensure that the contract is cancelled to prevent further debits on my bank account.
