On the 31/08/2013 I went to send my phone in for repairs, Arisa attended to me and she kept talking to someone else while busy with me which distracted her so much that she gave me false information saying my phone was blacklisted and I must fill in a form which will be collected by someone else since she is going somewhere. She went to the bank while I waited for 40 minutes then I asked for assistance and a gentlemen tried to assist me where we found that the information Arisa gave me was false and was of a previous phone not the one I was submitting for repairs. Arisa later came back whole we were still busy I showed her proof of her false statement she never apologized but rather took in the phone and dismissed me.
