I cancelled my Virgin Mobile account in July, I paid them R2717 on the 9th July to get out, now I get a bill for R851
I tried calling the call centre, what a mess, 30 minutes on the phone, three operators later and they are still transferring me, a very frustration experience.
Virgin Mobile you are in a mess and in need of strong leadership.
I have had to give up using your call centre, can someone explain this ongoing bill.
