I started having clicks membership card since 2006, and have never received a card from them nor a voucher. this year 2013 they send me an sms saying they have been sending me e-mails only to find out they made a mistake with regard to my e-mail address. Now they send me irritating e-mails saying they have sent me a card via post on 22 April, I mean really to date i have not received the stupid card, and the customer service person keeps sending me e-mails saying the voucher was sent to me... But i keep repeating myself i never received the voucher... this is so appalling!! I regret ever going into that store... eeeewh!! so angry... what kind of service is this?
