I need to control my e-mails, not anyone else

I have been struggling for MONTHS now, nobody seem to be able (or care) to help. Spamcop constantly block TELKOMSA e-mails. Who the gives them the right? How come Telkom does not do anything about it? Why is control over MY mails taken away from ME???

I CANNOT EVEN SEND E-MAILS FROM [URL Removed] TO [URL Removed]!!!
