Profile error no internet or dailing

This happened after i did an ugrade to a Samsung S3 on the 18th of Dec 2012!!!
After several complaints that my internet and dailing does not work,
i got a message to "do a location update"
Not even the technisian knows what this means.
How can i get my money back for the last month and how
can i cancel this contract???
