When you load BIS every month you are paying for a full month, but on the last day of the month you dont get any service.
I loaded last month on the 26th and was told it would expire the 25th, but for this entire day i have no service and that is a rip off as i have paid for the whole month!!! I dont get paid a day earlier every month to load my BIS earlier!!! I called my service provider Vodacom who tell me that they have been querying this for 3 months with no response from Blackberry. This is really pathetic service!!!
I want this sorted Immediately!!! Stop ripping off SA's consumers!!!
