I placed an order on the 26'th (Wednesday) of June for a few varsity books listed as next day delivery. This order was done at 8pm so I accept that the order will only be delivered on Friday the 28th and I am fine with that. On Thursday I phone in and explain that we need the textbooks on Friday due to us going on holiday Monday and I was assured they will be here the following day (Friday).
Today (Friday) I phone and and enquire as to when the delivery will take place and I am told all seems in order for today but the lady will phone the couriers and confirm a time and get back to me shortly. Two hours later I still haven't heard anything so I phone back and I am told the books aren't even in Joburg yet. Nothing to be done, so sorry.
I've had to cancel my order and now I have to go hunt these textbooks down over the we weekend due to the incompetence of whomever deals with the logistics.
Terrible service and false promises with no attempt to remedy the situation from [URL Removed]
Very very disappointed.
