28TH FEB 2013 I TOOK OUT NEW CONTRACT BY CELLC FOR A SAMSUNG GALAXY TABLET. APRIL/MAY THE ON/OFF BUTTON PACKED UP AND IT WAS BOOKED IN FOR REPAIRS. AFTER A WHOLE MONTH OF STILL PAYING FOR DATA THAT I CANT USE TAB CAME BACK. 2ND AUG THE ON/OFF BUTTON PACKED UP AGAIN AND IT WAS BOOKED INTO REPAIRS AGAIN... SAME PROBLEM!!! TOLD MANAGER ON DUTY I DONT WANT TAB BACK CAUSE IT SEEMS LIKE A DUD AND ON/OFF BUTTON ONLY LAST FOR A FEW MONTHS BEFORE IT PACKS UP AGAIN. MANAGERES WANTED TO REPLACE IT WITH A 2ND HAND ONE. I SAID NO, IM PAYING FOR NEW ONE, I WANT NEW ONE OUT THE BOX.GOT HOLD OF AREA MANAGER, AMIEN, HE AGREED IT MAY BE A DUD ONE THAT I HAVE AND SAID REPLACE IT, JUST WAITING ON SAMSUNG TO AUTHORIZE IT.. ITS NEARLY 2MNTHS THAT IM WAITING ON REPLACEMENT, BUT YET EVERY MONTH MY DEBIT ORDER GOES OFF FOR DATA THAT I CANT USE. EVERYTIME IM THE ONE CALLING AMIEN TO DO ENQUIERIES, SELDOM COMES FROM HIM. JUST FEEL THAT MY MONEY IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR CELLC TO TAKE EVERY MONTH, BUT NOTHING GETS DONE FROM THEIR SIDE. HAVE THE TAB NOW FOR 7 MNTHS AND OUT OF THE 7MNTHS IT BROKE 2 AND WAS IN REPAIRS FOR 3 WHOLE MNTHS THAT IVE LOST DATA BUNDELS WHICH I STILL NEEDED TO PAY FOR!!!
