THE WORST SERVICE EVER

I had my brother inlaw book my Samsung Gio booked in for repairs which was only a year old, i was then quoted a rediculace amount that was about R200 cheaper than buying a new phone. I then took off work to visit the repair shop and was told by the lady in charge that it would be best if i claim from my own private cell phone insurance than pay for the damages. She told me they would provide me with a false report in order to recieve the pay out and will transport the un-repaired phone to a mtn outlit closest to me. I said that it in the closest Mtn would be Vangate Mall and she said they would contact me as soon as it is in store.

I think it is dishonest to give a false report firstly, secondly to pass the bucket because the phone has a 2year repair warrantee and thirdly which disturbs me the most is that its been going on since end of May and i have never recieved and calls. I am now going to the police station and lay a charge of against Mtn and i will also put a stop order on my bank as i will not pay a bunch of incompotent that dont no a single thing about customer service.
